Who we are
This website, banditdirection.com, is operated by Bogdan Negru, trading as BANDIT, based in Bucharest, Romania ("BANDIT", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and prospective clients, and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us directly — when you submit the contact form on this site, we receive the name, clinic name, email address, and message you provide.
- Information collected automatically — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location by country/city, device type). This only runs after you actively accept the cookie banner.
Why we collect it
Contact form information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we proceed, to scope a working relationship. Analytics information is used to understand and improve the site — it is not used to identify individual visitors.
Legal basis
We process contact form data on the basis of your consent (by submitting the form) and, where a working relationship begins, to take steps toward a contract. We process analytics data on the basis of your consent via the cookie banner.
Third parties
We use the following third-party services to operate this site:
- FormSubmit — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our email. See FormSubmit's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — processes anonymised usage data, only after consent. See Google's privacy policy.
- Netlify — hosts this website. See Netlify's privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or, if we begin working together, for the duration of that relationship plus standard record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete this data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Cookies
This site uses a single first-party cookie to remember your cookie preference itself. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site and reloading the page.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA (including Romania), under GDPR you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
